BuildEX is a fast-growing B2B construction materials platform focused on transforming steel and building material procurement through digital innovation, branding, and customer engagement. We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a creative professional who can elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Creator who can develop high-quality branding designs and engaging marketing videos using modern design tools and AI technologies.

This role requires someone who understands branding psychology, digital marketing visuals, and modern content trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Design professional creatives for:
• Social media marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Website banners & landing pages
• Google My Business & digital ads
• Corporate branding materials
• Create marketing videos, reels, and promotional content
• Develop brand identity visuals aligned with company strategy
• Use AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity
• Edit videos including motion graphics, transitions, and captions
• Maintain visual consistency across all company platforms
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign execution
• Deliver creatives within deadlines and campaign timelines

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Premiere Pro / After Effects (or equivalent)
• Experience with video editing & motion graphics
• Knowledge of AI design tools (Canva AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT workflows, CapCut, Runway, etc.)
• Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layouts
• Social media design experience preferred
• Ability to think creatively and execute professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in graphic design or digital marketing
• Experience working with B2B or corporate brands is an advantage
• Portfolio showcasing branding + video work (Mandatory)
