This
position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our
people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive
advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do
- Defines and executes regional local and global account sales and support strategy.
- Identifies business opportunities and steers business development and support for accounts.
- Translates customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap.
- Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors.
- Defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy.
- Develops and maintains strong executive and cross-functional relationships at HQ and key locations.
- Steers and supports internal resources to execute account strategy.
- Is responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- 5 years of Experience with adhesive products and technologies or adhesive-based applications.
- Experience working with various customer locations.
- Fluency in French and English required.
- Must have strong leadership, communication and ownership skills and demonstrate the ability to foster internal and external relationships.
- Travel required – 20% overnight travel. Weekly day trips to accounts. Occasional trips to the US and MX.
- Must be a self-starter and entrepreneurial seller.

The salary for this role is 95000.00 - 115000.00 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
