HVAC Designer

Job Summary

As an HVAC Desinger, you will play a key role in the design and planning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Your responsibilities will include creating detailed drawings and specifications that adhere to industry standards, codes, and project requirements. Collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders, you will contribute to the development of efficient and effective HVAC systems for various construction projects. Candidates from Manufacturing, Engineering Sector. who have HVAC Drawings experience only preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Drafting and Designing

Produce detailed HVAC drawings, schematics, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Ensure that drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.

Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand design requirements.

Technical Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and codes related to HVAC systems.

Provide technical support to the engineering team during the design and implementation phases.

Material and Equipment Selection: Assist in the selection of appropriate materials and equipment for HVAC systems.

Work with suppliers to obtain necessary information and specifications for project requirements.

Documentation :Maintain accurate and organized records of drawings, plans, and specifications.

Revise and update drawings to reflect changes in design or project requirements.Quality Control:Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

Participate in design reviews and make recommendations for improvements.

Education: Associate's degree or certification in HVAC design or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as an HVAC desiner(3-4Y), preferably in the AHU's Technical

Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).

Understanding of HVAC systems, components, and their applications.

Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design work.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve design-related issues. Adaptability:

Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
