Our last prototype, Trenta, completed 10,000 high-power pulses and reached plasma temperatures of 100 million degrees Celsius (9 keV). We are now operating Polaris, our next prototype on the path to the world's first fusion power plant. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You will support leaders and employees by applying company policy to manage complex employee relations matters. This role will own sensitive investigations, ensure consistent documentation and risk assessment, and advise managers on workplace issues. You’ll establish standards, processes, and frameworks that scale with company growth. This is an onsite role reporting to the Director of People & Talent in Everett, WA.</span></p>
