What You Will Be Doing:
Helion is hiring a Manager of Computational Plasma Science to lead a team advancing MHD modeling to interpret experimental plasma behavior and support fusion generator development. This role combines people leadership, scientific rigor, and cross-disciplinary plasma simulation strategy. This is an onsite role that reports directly to the Director of Experimental Science at our Everett, WA office.
You Will:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of computational plasma scientists and engineers, including hiring and performance development
- Define and execute the scientific roadmap for MHD simulations aligned to experimental research priorities
