Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager - Third Wave Coffee (Ahmedabad)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and increase market share.
• Lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance on customer service standards, product knowledge, and performance expectations.
• Conduct regular inventory management tasks such as ordering stock, managing returns & exchanges, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in QSR or retail management with expertise in coffee shops or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of beverage industry trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and customer interaction.
• Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions (e.g., sales reports) .
