Qualifications Required: - Experience: 1015 years in medical device/healthcare equipment sales, with at least 35 years in a regional leadership role. - Education: Graduate in Engineering/ Science; MBA preferred. - Territory Knowledge: Deep understanding of South Indias healthcare market, hospital networks, and procurement processes. - Skills: Strong analytical and presentation skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, proven track record of achieving sales targets, willingness to travel extensively across South India.
