Seasonal Horticulturist

We’re looking for a hands-on Horticulturist to manage plant health, implement a structured care program, support propagation, and ensure plants are ready for dispatch/retail/projects. Conduct regular inspections of plants (health, growth stage, pest/disease symptoms).

Run a structured plant care program (watering, nutrition schedule, pruning, repotting, hygiene).

Analyze soil/media conditions and recommend amendments (mix, nutrients, pH, drainage).

Maintain proper drainage and irrigation systems; Coordinate plant readiness with Operations/Dispatch/Retail/Customer Support teams.

Provide horticultural guidance internally (SOPs, seasonal care, issue diagnosis).

Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture / Agriculture / related field.

Minimum 1 year experience in plant care / nursery / ornamental plants.

Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for trackers and reporting.
