Onsite Fitness Instructor/Les Mills BodyPump Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Onsite Fitness Instructor/Les Mills BodyPump Instructor to lead engaging and effective fitness classes for participants of all skill levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness instruction, ensuring participant safety, and fostering an inclusive and motivating workout environment.

Description

This class is currently being taught onsite at the Ronald Reagan Building, once a week, during the lunch hour.

• Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skills
• We encourage you to apply if you are available during those times
• Classes are held in-person in a group exercise studio
• Adapt instructions to cater to participants at different intensity levels and varying skill levels—from beginner to advanced.
• Start classes on time and arrive early for onsite sessions to set up the mic/sound system and necessary equipment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in group fitness instruction.
• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate a diverse range of participants.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in group fitness instruction for specialty formats is preferred.
• Certifications:
• Les Mills BodyPump certification. An additional national certification in group fitness is preferred.
• CPR/AED certification
• Compensation:
• Compensation determined by certifications and experience
• Parking and mileage are not provided. The site is metro accessible.

Salary

$40 - $50 per hour
