Job Summary
HR Manager is responsible for managing the complete human resource function across the organization, including policy framing, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, POSH compliance, and exit management. The role ensures a smooth hire-to-retire employee experience while supporting hospital operations and maintaining a compliant, people-focused workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks in alignment with organizational requirements and applicable laws.
- Manage the full hire-to-retire employee life cycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, probation management, confirmation, transfers, promotions, retention, separation, and full-and-final settlement.
- Lead recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles such as doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative staff, and support staff.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, counseling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure effective implementation of POSH policy, conduct awareness programs, support Internal Committee activities, and maintain compliance with workplace harassment prevention requirements.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and shift management in coordination with department heads.
- Support performance appraisal systems, employee development, and succession planning.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, personal data, and statutory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirements including PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and related regulations.
- Coordinate exit formalities, relieving, experience letters, and separation documentation.
- Partner with leadership and department heads to support workforce planning and operational efficiency.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
