  • Proficiency in patient evaluation and examination
  • Experience in taking and reviewing x-rays
  • Ability to formulate diagnosis and treatment plans
  • Skills in chiropractic care techniques (adjustments, diversified, activator, therapeutic exercises, and modalities)
  • Strong patient education skills regarding care options and lifestyle modifications
  • Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
  • Supervision skills for chiropractic and medical assistants
  • Proficient in accurate and timely EHR documentation

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient evaluations and physical exams
  • Review medical histories and pertinent reports/imaging
  • Diagnose and formulate treatment plans
  • Provide chiropractic care and therapies
  • Educate patients about diagnosis and care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
  • Supervise chiropractic assistants and medical assistants
  • Ensure accurate and timely EHR documentation and reports

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
  • Chiropractic license in Virginia
