About the Role
We are hiring a fast, reliable, and tech-savvy Call Center Agent to handle calls and text conversations for healthcare clients. This is a high-speed communication role where quick responses and multitasking are essential. If you are organized, confident on the phone, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to new leads Answer inbound calls professionally Respond to text messages within 3 minutes Schedule appointments Update lead information in our system Follow call scripts and communication workflows Handle multiple conversations at once
What We’re Looking For Excellent English communication Fast typing skills Strong multitasking ability Comfortable using multiple computer systems at the same time Quiet home work environment Strong internet connection Responsible and dependable Positive attitude and professional tone
Work Schedule (Flexible Shifts) Shifts may include: 3:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. 6:30 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. You must be flexible and reliable with your assigned schedule.
Pay & Growth Starting pay: ₹20,000 per month Opportunities for performance-based growth
