Job Description

Global Trade Compliance (GTC).

Location: Chennai

Shift: Full Night Shift (8:00 PM 6:00 AM IST)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Global Trade

Compliance (GTC) team.

The ideal candidate will support product classification activities and ensure adherence to global customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Classify electrical products, software, and technology using the Harmonized Tariff System (HTS).

Apply GRI (General Rules of Interpretation) to perform accurate product classification.

Basic understanding of ECCN for export compliance.

Manage and respond to classification requests through SAP & email.

Investigate classification discrepancies and prepare detailed justification documents for Customs authorities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in any discipline (B.E. Electrical preferred).

Basic understanding of electrical/electronic components.

Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
