Stephanie is merging two teams - Web and Mobile - to be in one team. Would like for this person to have experience with RN and RJS.
* Senior level developer with extensive experience in React Native and ReactJS, strong knowledge of backend integrations, and the ability to design scalable application architectures. As a member of our team, you'll help guide technical decisions, mentor colleagues, and uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and usability across both mobile and web platforms.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain high quality web and mobile applications with a strong focus on performance, usability, and reliability
Ensure cross-browser/platform compatibility and mobile responsiveness
Write clear, concise and well documented code
Effectively manage timelines and expectations
Perform and lead through code reviews
Coordinate releases with other squads
Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable application architectures across mobile and web platforms, translating business and user requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA and UX/UI members to deliver high-quality solutions
Partner with backend developers to define API contracts, data models, and integration strategies
Required Experience
5+ years of web and mobile application development
3+ years of experience with React Native/ReactJS
Experienced in building applications that consume RESTful JSON APIs
Experience working with distributed development teams within an agile environment
Deep understanding of how to optimize React Native apps for iOS and Android, including offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Hands-on development experience in web and mobile application design, development, testing and deployment in both consumer and enterprise-based applications
Proficient in responsive design and layout aesthetics
Familiar with accessibility standards and design systems
Experience developing RESTful APIs and component libraries
Experience in AI, Git, Redux, React native web, Mobile and Web UI
Knowledge in leveraging AI-assisted development tools
Experience leading/mentoring a team
Healthcare, Epic or other EHR knowledge is a plus
