<p>Little Otter and Hazel Health have joined forces to expand access to high-quality, comprehensive care for children and families nationwide. Little Otter is a clinician-founded mental health company delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children and families through a structured, measurement-informed care model. You’ll deliver care through Little Otter’s clinician-founded model, while being supported within the larger Hazel Health organization.<br><br>We’re building a model where clinicians can see real outcomes from their work while providing accessible, whole-family care.</p>
<h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2>
<p>We are seeking independently licensed therapists in California who are passionate about working with children and families within a structured, measurement-informed care model.<br>In this role, you will deliver high-quality virtual therapy while using standardized assessments and ongoing measures to guide diagnosis, track progress, and inform treatment.</p>
<h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 0–17) and their families</li>
<li>Deliver interventions such as CBT, Exposure Response Prevention, Parent Management Training, PCIT, CPP, and other evidence-based modalities</li>
<li>Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) using our platform</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Assessment & Measurement-Informed Care</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive <strong>intake and diagnostic assessments</strong> for child and family clients</li>
<li>Perform <strong>multi-dimensional evaluations</strong>, including assessing family dynamics, school environment, medical history, and cultural factors</li>
<li>Assess risk and safety including SI/HI/NSSI and complete safety plans with clients when indicated</li>
<li>Utilize <strong>standardized clinical measures</strong> to support diagnosis and ongoing care</li>
<li>Track client progress using <strong>session-level measures</strong>, incorporating both client-reported and clinician-assessed perspectives</li>
<li>Consistently integrate measurement-informed care into treatment planning</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Master’s-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)</li>
<li>Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience treating common pediatric mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches</li>
<li>Strong diagnostic and assessment skills</li>
<li>Comfortable delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practice</li>
<li>Interest in or experience with <strong>measurement-informed care and outcomes tracking</strong></li>

<h2><strong>Schedule</strong></h2>
<p>Minimum 10 client caseload with sessions during California peak hours:<br><strong>Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–6:00pm PT</strong></p>
<h2><strong>Compensation</strong></h2>
<p><strong>$80 per session</strong></p>

<p data-start="2816" data-end="3092">Candidates must maintain an active license in the state where services are provided. This role may be performed from the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MD, MA, MN, MS, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, PA, VA, WA.</p>
