Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including screening, interviewing, and partnering with hiring managers to secure top talent.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation processes while supporting ongoing performance management and review cycles.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation across HR systems.
• Support compliance efforts by administering policies, procedures, and employment practices in alignment with applicable regulations.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration, responding to employee inquiries and ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Evaluate and enhance training and development initiatives to support employee growth and company needs.
