Job Summary
We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager - Industry Segment to manage and grow large industrial accounts across sectors such as Steel, Cement, Power, Mining, and Manufacturing. The role involves endtoend responsibility for industrial customers, driving key account penetration, project sales, and longterm partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key industrial accounts
- Drive B2B sales with factories, plants, and industrial customers
- Engage with plant teams, consultants, EPCs, and contractors
- Track industrial projects from capex planning to execution
- Achieve assigned sales and order booking targets
- Manage pricing, negotiations, and collections
- Coordinate with internal teams for execution and service support
Preferred candidate profile
- 7-15 years experience in Industrial / Key Account / B2B Sales
- Strong exposure to Steel, Cement, Power, Mining, Manufacturing industries and etc.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Background in Electricals / Switchgear / Cables / Industrial Products preferred
