We're seeking a Manager, Replenishment to support our relationship with one of our top retailers, Walmart!

As a key member of our Sales team, you will directly drive sales and impact inventory levels with one of our top accounts. Using your expertise, you will forecast Point-of-Sale (POS) and manage customer inventories through planning, analysis and order recommendations. You will provide comprehensive analysis of replenishment activity and execute strategies to drive in-stock performance in order to maximize POS and ultimately achieve shipment goals.

This position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Bentonville, AR

A Day In The Life as a Replenishment Manager:

• POS/Inventory – Forecast sales and inventory levels on a weekly basis, ensuring all ads, events and media plans are up to date. Manage and update POS profiles as needed to ensure accurate POS projections for the season/year.
• Ship Projections – Work with sales lead to forecast and update shipment plans by item on an ongoing basis. Manage the quarterly balance to write by providing input into shipments by item and by working with the account to secure orders within lead time.
• Order Management – Ensure proper amount of orders are in the pipeline at all times to support sales and shipment goals. For domestic orders, monitor and approve the weekly replenishment order, making sure all weekly needs are covered. For import orders, manage and monitor incoming import orders within proper lead times and work with Hasbro Asia partners to secure customer requested ship dates. Communicate any import extension requests to the customer.
• In Stocks / Weeks of Supply – Review weekly and provide analysis / solutions for any item below corporate goals. Have weekly conference call with Walmart replenishment to review current business and address any in stock opportunities.
• Forecast Collaboration (internal) – Meet with sales lead on a monthly basis to discuss POS trends and shipments needed to support those trends. Recommend forecast changes and be prepared to discuss detailed forecast rationale in corporate forecast meetings.
• Forecast Collaboration (external) – Meet with Walmart replenishment, planners and buyers once per quarter to align on seasonal POS forecasts by item and brand
• Inventory Flow / Supply Chain – Act as liaison between customer, account support, Hasbro Asia and logistics departments to ensure smooth flow of inventory according to customer requested ship dates. Work with Flow planner on securing inventory needs on a weekly/as needed basis. Communicate any purchase order or inventory flow issues to customer and follow up accordingly.

What You'll Bring:

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar
• 3 - 5 years' experience in demand planning, supply chain, retail planning and/or sales
• Working knowledge of demand planning, allocation and forecasting tools
• Understanding of retail landscape and consumer insights
• Previous experience working with Walmart or other major retailer
• Knowledge of Walmart Retail link is a plus
• Strong analytical / problem solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills (Index matching, pivot tables, etc)
• Ability to multi-task and navigate through multiple sources of data
• Ability to forge strong relationships both internally and with account
• Strong verbal and written communication skills / presentation skills a plus
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to travel on a quarterly basis to attend key account meetings
