Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager for Building Construction based in Dindori, Nashik.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with contractors, expediting materials and supplies, inspecting project sites, and overseeing logistics management.

Effective communication with all stakeholders and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, billing, client coordination, monitoring, and delivering results on time and within budget
• Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Knowledge and experience in Inspection processes to maintain quality standards in construction projects
• Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordination of materials, resources, and personnel
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are an added advantage
• Industrial construction experience is an advantage
