**Job Summary**

• *Responsibilities**
• Prepare and cook various grilled items according to menu specifications and customer preferences.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in the kitchen.
• Assist with training new kitchen staff on grilling techniques and food handling procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to special requests or dietary restrictions.
• *Requirements**:
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with bartending or restaurant management is a plus.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering high-quality dining experiences.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $21.00-$29.00 per hour
