General Manager - Mining Services

We at Harjai Technologies are hiring for the role of General Manager - Mining Services with one of our client based in Oman.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of the Mining Services division, including business planning, P&L responsibility, and execution of mining contracts.
• Drive operational efficiency, safety compliance, and workforce productivity at all sites.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand service offerings across multiple geographies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mining clients, government authorities, and stakeholders.
• Lead project mobilization, tendering, cost control, and performance management.
• Establish high-performance culture, capability building, and leadership development within the division.
• Oversee equipment planning, procurement, fleet performance, and maintenance.
