As a motivated and skilled Frappe Framework Developer with around 12 years of experience in Python and JavaScript, you will be responsible for working on ERP-based systems like ERPNext, customizing modules, and supporting ongoing development and system improvements.
- Develop and customize applications using the Frappe Framework.
- Write backend logic using Python.
- Build and enhance user interfaces using JavaScript.
- Customize and maintain ERPNext modules (Accounts, HR, Purchase, etc.).
- Create reports, dashboards, and print formats.
- Debug and resolve issues in existing applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and implement requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of development work.
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Working knowledge of Python (backend development).
- Working knowledge of JavaScript (frontend behavior).
- Familiarity with Frappe Framework / ERPNext.
- Understanding of REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL / MariaDB).
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in ERPNext customization.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS.
- Familiarity with Git (version control).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or similar).
- Basic knowledge of React or related frameworks.
