Title: Sr Business Analyst
Experience: 7 to 14 yrs
Location: Hyderabad
Notice: Immediate
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in the Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, working closely with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD)
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Create user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Collaborate with QA teams for UAT and ensure successful delivery
- Support implementation, testing, and post-production activities
- Analyze existing systems and recommend process improvements
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain
- Good understanding of
- Life Insurance / General Insurance / Health Insurance processes
- Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration
- Hands-on experience in:
- Requirement gathering & stakeholder management
- Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
