Role Description

The Real Estate Agent is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties, advising them on market conditions, and leading negotiations for favorable outcomes. Responsibilities include scheduling and conducting property viewings, developing relationships with clients, maintaining a database of listings, and ensuring seamless property transactions through ongoing support and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships and achieve business objectives
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Chennai
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer software
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is an advantage
