Job Description
Lead the growth of retail channels across Canada as a Retail Channel Sales Manager. Oversee national accounts, merchandising, distributor relationships, and trade strategy, while driving successful product launches. This hands-on leadership role requires strategic and execution-focused skills.
You will manage relationships with major grocery accounts, track performance, negotiate pricing, and ensure effective execution at the store level. Additionally, you will develop promotional strategies for distributors while ensuring alignment between marketing and operations for successful product launches. Key Responsibilities:
- Own relationships with major Canadian grocery accounts
- Manage regional food distributor partnerships
- Lead end-to-end execution of new SKU launches
- Negotiate pricing and develop promotional programs
- Track performance metrics and improve execution Requirements:
- 5+ years of CPG sales experience
- Proven experience with Canadian grocery accounts
- Strong track record in launching products
- Knowledge of trade spend and margin management
