What you will do
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to join our team in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. This is a full-time, hybrid role that involves serving as the first point of contact for potential clients. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, conducting initial client intakes, verifying insurance information, and providing consistent, high-quality customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive client experience and supporting our legal team's workflow through accurate and timely documentation of client information.
What you Bring
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and ensure clear, effective communication.
- Proficiency in Client Intake processes, gathering client information, and assessing needs with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service and managing client relationships.
- Familiarity with Insurance processes and terminology to effectively handle client information and claims as needed.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and task prioritization abilities.
- Proficiency with office technology and case management software is advantageous.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a legal or professional service environment is an asset.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on your experience.
