Job Title: IT Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Manager to manage software and technology projects from initiation to delivery. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing IT projects while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Ensure proper documentation of project processes.
• Communicate project status to internal teams and clients.
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity

Requirements

• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Basic understanding of web and mobile development technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• PMP / Scrum Certification (Preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹63,969.01 per month
