We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will drive hiring excellence while strengthening people processes and employee experience across functions.If you enjoy partnering with leaders, building teams from the ground up, and creating structured people systems this role is for you.

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead hiring initiatives and people operations across departments. This role will focus on talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, performance management, employee lifecycle management, people engagement, and compliance, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain high-quality talent aligned with Habuilds mission.This is a high-impact, cross-functional role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys balancing hiring priorities with long-term people development.

What You’ll Do

Hiring & Talent Acquisition

  • Own end-to-end hiring across multiple roles and departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
  • Drive workforce planning aligned with business growth plans.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding readiness.
  • Improve hiring turnaround time and candidate experience.
  • Build relationships with agencies, job portals, and referral networks.
  • Maintain structured hiring trackers and reports.

Business Partnering & Workforce Planning

  • Partner closely with department leaders to understand team structure and hiring plans.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and project timelines.
  • Support leadership in building scalable team structures.
  • Ensure resource readiness for new projects and expansions.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, role transitions, and exits.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experiences aligned with team readiness.
  • Conduct 30-60-90 day reviews and probation confirmations.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation accuracy.

Performance Management & Employee Development

  • Support performance management cycles including goal setting and performance discussions.
  • Identify performance gaps and coordinate improvement plans where required.
  • Partner with managers to support team productivity and growth.
  • Collaborate with L&D teams to support skill development initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives across teams.
  • Conduct pulse surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement activities.
  • Identify retention risks and proactively support employees.
  • Strengthen company culture through consistent people practices.

Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented consistently.
  • Guide managers and employees on HR policies and workplace practices.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Handle employee concerns and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key hiring and HR metrics such as:
  • Time-to-hire
  • Offer acceptance rate
  • Attrition rate
  • Hiring funnel conversion
  • Generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Use data insights to improve hiring and people processes.
