Job Description
Gynoveda is building the world's largest chain of Ayurveda fertility clinics for couples. Over 62 clinics are live across 30+ cities, with a new one opening every week, on the way to 200.
Every clinic runs on people. The doctors who consult, the front office that welcomes, the call centre that converts, and the managers who hold it together. As the network scales, capability has to scale with it. This role builds the engine that makes that happen.
The Mandate:
You will design the entire learning and development function from zero. Not deliver someone else's curriculum. Create it. The charter is to induct, train, and upskill 500-plus people across a fast-growing national network through a remote, video-led learning system that works without a trainer in the room.
What You Will Own:
- Build the e-learning library. Curate strong content from YouTube, EdTech platforms, audiobooks, and podcasts, and shape it into structured programmes for every role.
- Lift four core audiences. Conversation and consultation skills for 300-plus clinic doctors and front office teams. Telesales mastery for the call centre. People management for new managers. Leadership development and executive coaching for the senior team.
- Stand up the LMS. Run training needs identification, develop video-led modules for remote delivery, and build assessment and certification that prove the training works.
- Build the team. Hire a two to four-person L&D team in year one, and appoint national agencies and project partners for expansion across four regions of India.
What We Are Looking For:
- 7 plus years creating sales, marketing, service, and managerial programmes, with a track record as a programme creator and not only a trainer.
- Direct experience building e-learning, masterclasses, and online courses.
- Proven ability to run a video-led remote training programme on an LMS.
- Comfort working directly with founders and investors.
- Open to extensive travel across India as the network grows.
