Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day activities of call centre executives handling emergency calls.
  • Ensure accurate call handling, information capture, and timely ambulance dispatch.
  • Guide, coach, and support agents during critical calls and escalations.
  • Monitor attendance, shift adherence, and individual performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, scripts, and emergency response protocols.
  • Report shift performance, issues, and improvements to the Call Centre Head

Preferred candidate profile

Males are preferred.

Should be comfortable for the Rotational Shifts.
