Role & responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day activities of call centre executives handling emergency calls.
- Ensure accurate call handling, information capture, and timely ambulance dispatch.
- Guide, coach, and support agents during critical calls and escalations.
- Monitor attendance, shift adherence, and individual performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, scripts, and emergency response protocols.
- Report shift performance, issues, and improvements to the Call Centre Head
Preferred candidate profile
Males are preferred.
Should be comfortable for the Rotational Shifts.
