Gutierrez Communication Services is hiring a Entry Level Assistant Manager to support our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers in the community, helping them learn about wireless services while gaining hands-on sales and leadership experience.

Responsibilities - Entry Level Assistant Manager
- Speak with customers in the community and generate new sales opportunities
- Explain wireless products and services during sales conversations
- Help customers complete the sign-up process and finalize sales
- Track customer interactions and completed sales
- Support daily sales goals and team sales performance
- Assist leadership with team coordination and sales training
Requirements - Entry Level Assistant Manager
- Strong communication skills and interest in sales
- Comfortable speaking with new people and leading sales conversations
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales goals
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
