Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for ERP and enterprise software deals (27 lakh ticket size)
- Engage with business owners, CXOs, and key decision-makers to understand business challenges
- Conduct detailed requirement analysis and position ERP/CRM/HRM solutions accordingly
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations focused on ROI, automation, and business efficiency
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified mid-market leads
- Prepare proposals, solution documents, and commercial offers
- Handle negotiation and deal closure independently
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for accurate scoping and solution alignment
- Maintain CRM hygiene with updated pipeline, activities, and forecasting
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term account growth
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 37 years of experience in ERP / SaaS / B2B software sales
- Proven track record of closing 2–7 lakh deal size contracts
- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, HR, Operations)
- Experience in consultative / solution-based selling (not transactional sales)
- Ability to confidently engage with owners, directors, and CXOs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in handling complete sales ownership (lead closure)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment
