Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and competent Pharmacy Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of the hospital pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe dispensing of medications, maintaining inventory, supervising pharmacy staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hospital pharmacy operations and ensure safe dispensing of medications.
• Supervise and manage pharmacy staff, schedules, and performance.
• Provide patient counseling and drug information to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Manage inventory, procurement, stock levels, and expiry monitoring of medicines.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, hospital policies, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and support audits and inspections.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare teams to promote safe medication practices.
• Implement and monitor pharmacy quality and patient safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm).

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy.
• Experience as a Hospital Pharmacist and/or Pharmacy Supervisor is mandatory.
• Prior experience in managing pharmacy operations and pharmacy teams will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong knowledge of dispensing medicines and medication management.
• Drug information and pharmaceutical advisory skills.
• Inventory and stock management.
• Regulatory compliance and pharmacy documentation.
• Leadership and team management abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
