Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Audit Assistant to join our audit team. The ideal candidate will assist with various audit-related tasks, including preparing financial statements, conducting audit tests, maintaining accurate records, and handling accounting, TDS, and GST-related work. You will collaborate closely with senior auditors to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and help identify areas for financial improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and audit reports.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, ensuring compliance with GST regulations.
• Handle TDS-related tasks, including calculating, verifying, and filing TDS returns.
• Prepare reports and summaries of audit activities, identifying areas for improvement in accounting practices, TDS, and GST management.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and submissions related to TDS and GST.
• Communicate with clients, colleagues, and management to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain updated knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other tax regulations to ensure compliance.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by senior auditors or management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1 CA Candidate(Salary - 50k to 60K) & 1 Inter CA(Salary - 30k to 35K) Candidate
• 1-2 years of experience in an audit role, preferably with a CA firm.
• Proficiency in Tally software and basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word, etc.).
• Knowledge and experience in handling GST and TDS processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, GST, and TDS compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
