What You Will Do:
- Supports physical security programs (PSP) and key components of our business continuity programs (BCP) to holistically address the company’s operational security and continuity of business operation’s needs.
- Contributes to providing for the physical protection of employees, visitors, facilities, and information..
- Contributes to conducting business impact analysis (BIA) to ensure consistency of compliance across the physical security enterprise.
- Assists with day-to-day security activities including access control, incident reporting, loss prevention, and coordination with internal teams and external agencies.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Supports execution of physical security operations across assigned sites or functions.
- Contributes to achieving operational targets related to safety, access control, incident management, and loss prevention.
- Escalates security incidents, risks, and non-compliance issues appropriately.
- Communicates with internal stakeholders and external parties such as security vendors, building management, and local authorities.
- Maintains accurate reports, logs, and security documentation.
- Support day‑to‑day PSP operations across office locations and facilities.
- Ensuring company alignment Crisis Management and BCP protocols.
- Assist with access control management—including badge issuance, visitor management, access reviews, and ensuring continuity of access during disruptions or emergencies.
- Monitor, document, and report security incidents, safety events, and continuity‑related impacts in support of PSP and BCM reporting standards.
- Compile data for incident, accident, loss control, and business continuity impact reports to support trend analysis and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with police, emergency services, crisis response teams, and external agencies as required to support both physical security and crisis management needs.
- Support security audits.
- Maintain security records, manuals, continuity plans, and documentation to ensure audit readiness and program accuracy.
- Assist with conducting BIAs across business units to identify critical processes, recovery requirements (RTO/RPO), and operational dependencies.
- Assist in maintaining and updating Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), documentation, templates, and continuity dashboards.
- Support continuity risk assessments and identify operational vulnerabilities or single points of failure.
- Assist with continuity exercises, plan validations, and lessons‑learned tracking.
- Prepare summaries and reporting for leadership, ensuring audit‑ready documentation.
- Supports moderately complex projects, processes, or operations within the physical security function.

What You Will Need:
- University degree or equivalent relevant qualification in fields such as Security Management, Business Continuity, Emergency Management, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Understanding of corporate security policies, regulatory requirements, and foundational BCM/BIA concepts, including recovery objectives, risk identification, and continuity planning expectations.
- Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills, including the ability to clearly capture incident details, continuity impacts, BIA findings, and crisis response actions for both operational teams and leadership.
- Delivers assigned operational objectives with direct contribution to team outcomes.
- Works under general supervision, following defined policies, standards, and procedures.
