Responsibilities And Duties

  • Lead Sales Growth: Drive a 30% increase in sales within the first year through strategic planning, effective team management, and innovative sales techniques.
  • Setting Sales Goals and Targets: Establish sales goals, targets, and quotas for the team. Develop strategies to achieve these targets and ensure that the team is aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Presentations, Workshops and Seminars: Conduct engaging presentations, workshops and seminars for sales teams and clients. Powerful and motivational training sessions to empower the sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
  • Sales Events and Open Houses: Plan, organize, and execute sales events, open houses, and other promotional activities to generate leads and close deals.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent. Provide continuous training and development to ensure the team is well‑equipped to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Agent Guidance: Guide and mentor sales agents, setting clear goals and targets. Monitor their performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their potential.
  • Performance Management: Review the performance of sales agents on a regular basis. If agents are not meeting expectations, hold one‑on‑one meetings to identify challenges, provide coaching, and implement necessary changes to ensure company growth.
  • Developing Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies and plans. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and determining the best approaches to reach potential customers.
  • Monitoring Performance: Track the performance of the sales team by reviewing sales reports, analyzing metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Use this data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with key clients and customers. To ensure that customer needs are met and that the sales team is delivering high‑quality service.
  • Coordinating with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with the broader company goals. To ensure that the sales team has the necessary resources and support.
  • Reporting to Senior Management: Regularly report to senior management on the progress of sales efforts, providing updates on targets, challenges, and achievements. Contribute to strategic decision‑making at higher levels of the company.
  • Handling Sales Issues: Address any issues or challenges that arise within the sales process, such as disputes with clients, underperformance, or logistical problems. Work closely to resolve these issues quickly to minimize their impact on sales results.
  • Staying Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up with industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends. This knowledge helps to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent with RECO
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in direct sales, preferably within the real estate market, and a minimum of 5‑years management experience (including management of sales teams)
  • Experience working as a commission‑based salesperson
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles
  • Experience in managing direct sales staff, including recruiting, training and mentoring (minimum 5‑years)
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales training programs
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training abilities
  • Ability to analyze data, set goals, and drive results
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring
