As a well-funded early-stage startup, Gruve offers a dynamic environment with strong customer and partner networks.</p></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Full Stack Engineer on contract to design and scale multi-platform applications across web, mobile, backend services, and integrations. This is a senior, hands-on role with strong architectural ownership and DevOps exposure, suited for a remote-first environment.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain end-to-end multi-platform applications</li> <li>Own system architecture, technology choices, and scalability</li> <li>Develop backend services, APIs, and frontend layers</li> <li>Enforce engineering best practices and code quality</li> <li>Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership</li> <li>Implement CI/CD pipelines and production-ready deployments</li> </ul> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>10–15 years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack development, delivering scalable, high‑performance web applications across diverse domains.</li> <li>Frontend expertise with React / Angular / Vue</li> <li>Exposure to mobile or cross-platform frameworks (React Native / Flutter is a plus)</li> <li>SQL &amp; NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)</li> <li>DevOps knowledge: Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP</li> <li>Ready to work on&nbsp;contract</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong engineering background from a reputed institution or equivalent practical experience</li> <li>Experience as a Staff/ Tech Lead / Architect</li> <li>Exposure to SaaS, automation, or AI integrations&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Why Gruve</strong></p> <p>At Gruve, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
