Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for Junior System Engineers with a foundational IT background who are motivated to start a professional path through training plan on Microsoft support .

During the training period, selected candidates will receive intensive training on Microsoft 365 technologies, Active Directory fundamentals, Microsoft Intune, and Hybrid Cloud basics, and will be prepared to support daytoday IT operations in modern Microsoft environments.

This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who want to grow into roles such as System Engineer, M365 Support Specialist, Endpoint Management Technician, or Hybrid Cloud Junior Administrator.

Role and Responsibilities (Post selection)

IT Support & Operations

Provide Level 1 / early Level 2 support for end users in Microsoft environments.

Handle tickets related to

Microsoft 365 account access, basic service issues

Devices onboarding and configuration support

Basic Active Directory user/group tasks

Assist with documentation and standard operating procedures.

Endpoint & Identity Support

Support enrollment and firstlevel troubleshooting for Intunemanaged devices.

Assist with device compliance checks, configuration profile application, and app installation issues.

Support identity tasks: password resets, access requests, basic group membership changes.

Continuous Improvement

Participate in knowledge sharing, labs, and internal learning.

Follow standard troubleshooting processes and escalate correctly.

Contribute to improving support quality through accurate documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Training Overview

Goal: Build a solid baseline in Microsoft workplace technologies and operational IT practices.

Training Topics (High Level)

Microsoft 365 Fundamentals

Users, groups, licensing, core admin concepts

Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint basics (overview + admin essentials)

Active Directory Basics

AD objects, OU structure, Group Policy basics

Authentication and basic troubleshooting

Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management)

Enrollment concepts, device compliance, configuration profiles

Application deployment basics, policies, and reporting

Hybrid Cloud Fundamentals

Identity concepts (cloud identity, sync concepts)

Hybrid approach overview (onprem + cloud mindset)

Operational Skills

Ticketing, troubleshooting method, documentation

Security and best practices (basic awareness)

After the training, successful candidates will be assigned to supervised activities with a mentor/senior engineer.

Preferred Skills ( Entry Level )

Were looking for candidates with basic knowledge and strong learning potential.

Technical Basics (Must Have)

Basic understanding of

Windows OS (Windows 10/11), user settings, troubleshooting

Networking fundamentals (IP address, DNS basics, connectivity checks)

Common IT concepts (accounts, permissions, devices)

Comfort using tools like

Web portals, admin dashboards (even if not Microsoft yet)

Ticketing systems (or willingness to learn quickly)

Mindset & Soft Skills (Must Have)

Strong motivation to learn and build a Microsoft career path.

Good communication and customer orientation.

Ability to work with procedures, follow checklists, and document steps.

Problemsolving attitude and reliability.

NicetoHave

These are a plus but not mandatory:

Any exposure to Microsoft 365 admin, Active Directory, Intune, Azure basics

Internship or student projects related to system administration

Certifications such as

MS900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)

AZ900 (Azure Fundamentals)

SC900 (Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals)
