As a mobile app developer at Groww, you will be a part of a passionate team dedicated to making financial services accessible to every Indian through a cutting-edge multi-product platform. Your role will involve architecting and developing mobile apps, building and scaling cross-platform mobile apps using React Native, driving frontend architecture and design system adoption, implementing scalable state management, ensuring high-quality releases, and mentoring engineers while leading technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop mobile apps
- Build and scale cross-platform mobile apps (iOS & Android) using React Native
- Drive frontend architecture, performance optimization, and design system adoption
- Implement scalable state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, MobX, Recoil)
- Ensure high-quality releases via testing, CI/CD, and code reviews
- Mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives
Qualifications Required:
- 710 years of frontend development experience
- 3+ years in React Native (production apps)
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+) expertise
- Deep understanding of React Native internals (JS runtime, bridge, Hermes)
- Experience with performance tuning and scalable frontend architecture
Good to Have:
- Kotlin / Swift exposure
- App Store / Play Store publishing experience
- Firebase, analytics & monitoring tools
- FinTech domain experience
