What You’ll Do at GrowthPixel: Design impactful graphics for social media, blogs, ads, brochures, and marketing campaigns. Create modern, responsive website layouts and prototypes using Figma. Develop brand identities including logos, typography systems, and color palettes. Create intuitive wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for websites and landing pages. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to maintain strong visual consistency across platforms Stay updated with design, branding, and UI/UX trends. What We’re Looking For: 1.5 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic and web design. Strong expertise in Figma — web layouts, mobile-first design, and design systems. Excellent understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. No specific degree requirement — we value skills, creativity, and portfolio above all. Bonus Skills (Good to Have):
