Medical customer service representative & Data Entry Clerk

We are urgently seeking dedicated Medical Customer Service Representatives and Data Entry Clerks to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our healthcare clients by managing patient interactions and ensuring accurate data management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and experience working with databases and ERP systems.

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment while developing valuable administrative skills.

Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and general questions
  • Enter, update, and verify patient information accurately within various databases
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems for efficient data retrieval
  • Collect, review, and ensure the accuracy of data entered into ERP systems and spreadsheets
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record keeping
  • Support administrative tasks such as data collection, document filing, and record management
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy regulations during all interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflow processes and data accuracy

Experience

  • Prior office experience preferred, especially in healthcare or customer service settings
  • Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy for data entry tasks
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical work such as filing and data collection
  • Experience with computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous administrative or clerical experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
