Job Summary
We are seeking EXPERIENCED Residential HVAC Service Technicians for full-time positions within our company with a minimum of three years of true in the field residential and light-commercial service experience. We value an employee who embodies dedication, dependability and carries with them a strong work ethic and a good attitude. All employees must be able to pass our background check, drug-screen, and driving record evaluation.
This position is fulltime and does require overtime, as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
Service technicians are expected to:
- Perform seasonal maintenance, service diagnostics and repairs on various residential and light-commercial equipment types.
- Communicate and interact with customers in a friendly and informative manor.
Qualifications and Skills
The qualified candidate must have:
- Advanced Diagnostic Skills
- A minimum of THREE years of true in the field residential and light-commercial service experience
- The Ability to Properly Perform Equipment Service, Repairs and Maintenance
- Excellent Communication Skills
- A Strong Focus on Customer Service and a Commitment to Integrity
- The Ability to Follow Controls/wiring Diagrams and Schematics
- Servicing and/or Cleaning IAQ Products/equipment on all Residential Job Sites
- The Skills and Ability for Soldering, Brazing, and Performing Minor Field Fabrication
- Prompt, Reliable, & Dependable
