This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for driving performance, safety, and team culture.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">As a FedEx Business Contact (BC), you will play a direct role in the success of the operation each day. You’ll be present in the terminal, leading drivers, managing dispatch, solving problems in real time, and maintaining a strong partnership with FedEx leadership.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This role requires consistency, flexibility, and availability. Operational needs may require early mornings, extended days, or weekend involvement.
