Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver construction projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The candidate will oversee all phases of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of civil construction projects
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Manage site activities, including supervision of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
• Review drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and technical specifications.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Handle procurement planning and vendor management.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure cost control and optimize project profitability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech – Civil).
• 10–18 years of experience in civil construction/project management.
