About the Position
G&H Investments is seeking a motivated Investment Analyst to work closely with our Portfolio Managers and Client Service Analyst to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. This role offers hands-on experience across the investment management process, including asset allocation, risk analysis, due diligence, and ongoing portfolio monitoring. The analyst will also support client service functions and gain a deep understanding of the RIA landscape.
Key Responsibilities
· Support and enhance existing client service workflows
· Evaluate client investments through an organized, detail-oriented process
· Maintain asset allocation models and assist with portfolio rebalancing
· Utilize financial, tax, and investment reporting software
· Participate in frequent meetings with Portfolio Managers to optimize portfolios and generate new ideas
· Collaborate with our network of client accountants
· Prepare and maintain due diligence reports
· Continuously monitor and optimize client investment portfolios
· Build industry relationships to source new investment ideas
· Conduct investment research across multiple asset classes
· Improve and refine internal investment processes
· Assist with the preparation of client investment reports
· Perform day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
· Work closely with select high-net-worth (HNW) clients
Qualifications
· Undergraduate degree required
· A commitment to complete appropriate securities exams (Series 65, within 6 months)
· Minimum 2+ years of relevant investment or financial experience
· Potential professional certification development – (CFP, CFA)
· Demonstrated investment acumen and understanding of key concepts and strategies
· High integrity, strong work ethic, and intellectual curiosity
· Proactive mindset with interest in long-term career growth within the investment industry
