Landscaping Laborer (Ground Maintenance)

Greenworks Landscaping is seeking reliable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Laborers to join our team. As a Lawn Maintenance Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of outdoor landscaping tasks to ensure residential and commercial properties remain healthy, attractive, and well-maintained throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow, trim, edge, and blow lawns using commercial equipment
• Perform spring and fall clean-ups including leaf removal, pruning, and debris clearing
• Install and maintain garden beds, mulch, soil, and decorative stone
• Trim hedges, shrubs, and small trees
• Operate a variety of landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist in fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding lawns as needed
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and debris
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and job site
• Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or lawn maintenance experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
• Valid G driver’s license is an asset

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Seasonal

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
