Role Description

This is a temporary remote role for an International Travel Consultant. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating travel arrangements, advising clients on international travel plans, making cancellations and reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The consultant will ensure compliance with budget and company travel policies while presenting efficient and convenient solutions to clients' travel needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Travel Consulting and expertise in advising on international travel plans
  • Proficiency in Travel Management and handling Travel Arrangements
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive client experiences
  • Proven ability to manage Reservations and cancellations efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in travel arrangements
  • A good understanding of international travel regulations and policies is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in travel and tourism, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred
