What You’ll Do

• Generate leads through door-to-door, referrals, and prospecting
• Conduct home inspections and identify pest issues
• Sell pest control services, treatments, and service plans
• Educate customers on prevention and protection solutions
• Overcome objections and close sales confidently
• Manage a pipeline and follow up with prospects
• Build long-term relationships to drive renewals and referrals

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Experience in pest control sales or home services sales preferred but not required
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in field sales / outside sales environments
