Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute structured sales strategies to achieve consistent revenue growth, identify new market opportunities, and strengthen the company’s market position.
Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team by setting clear KPIs, tracking performance, and driving accountability to achieve targets.
Talent Acquisition & Development: Recruit, onboard, and train new team members while continuously developing existing staff to enhance productivity and retention.
Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day sales operations, ensure process efficiency, maintain reporting systems, and align activities with organizational goals.
Target Ownership & Execution: Take full ownership of monthly and quarterly targets, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
Stakeholder Communication & Conflict Resolution: Maintain clear communication between management and teams, address challenges proactively, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Key Expectations:
High level of ownership and accountability, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong decision-making skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and business growth.
