Role Purpose:

To manage overall salon operations, drive business performance, ensure excellent customer service, and lead the team to achieve sales and service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales, service, and retail targets.
• Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of beauty therapists, stylists, and front office staff.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve customer complaints effectively.

• Drive membership, package, and retail product sales.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
